DO: Set an alarm

Once you do arrive at your destination and finally get some sleep, make sure you set an alarm and try to get up at your normal wake-up time. Passing out for 16 hours straight will effectively undo all the work you put into staying awake in the first place, and would put you back at square one. You may be sluggish and hating life in the morning, but you’ll thank us later.
