To say that Hurricane Harvey has brought extreme weather is an understatement. What started as a tropical storm over the Gulf of Mexico quickly turned into a Category 4 hurricane with winds of 130 miles per hour. It brought devastating amounts of rain to Texas, and by the time the storm dissipates, parts of Texas will have received over 60 inches of rain.
