5. “I wrongly accused Obama of wire-tapping.”
Back in March 2017, when Trump should’ve been involving himself in the throws of being president, he did the complete opposite. He went on Twitter, citing no evidence, and accused Obama of wire-tapping his phones inTrump Tower before his presidential victory. Trump questioned whether it was legal for a sitting president to be “‘wire tapping’ a race for president prior to an election.” He then went on to call former President Obama a “bad (or sick)” guy. Not only was Trump unable to back his claim, he was proved wrong and still refused to apologize to Obama.
