15 Celebrities You Would Never Expect to be Vegetarian

11. Paul McCartney

Whether it’s animals or people, The Beatles once said, “All you need is love.” And that is something Paul McCartney has for all. We have his late wife, Linda McCartney, to thank for turning this former Beatle onto vegetarianism and animal rights activism. He became vegetarian in 1975 and also created the UK’s “Meat-free Monday” campaign in 2009 with his daughters. Go Paul! He even attends numerous PETA events and appeared in a bunch of their campaigns. As if that isn’t enough, he also narrated the famous Glass Walls documentary which exposed factory farms. Is there anything this man can’t do?!
