1. Misinterpreting the Constitution
According to the Constitution, there are three grounds for impeachment. According to Article II, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution, “The President, Vice President, and all civil Officers of the United States shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and conviction of, Treason, Bribery, and other High Crimes and Misdemeanors.”
While Trump has yet to be found guilty of treason or bribery, couldn’t his misconduct of women and hateful rhertoric that he spews on twitter be considered “other High Crimes and Misdemeanors”?
