Blake Lively said that soy—not sugar—is the enemy , and we don’t disagree. When working to get in shape for her bikini-clad role in The Shallows, the mom of two made some surprising diet choices which included ditching the Starbucks soy latte from her diet. While sugar can be addictive and add some “lbs.” to your waist-line, soy can actually affect your hormone levels, which can have a far greater affect than sugar. So according to Blake, ditch it!
